Now I'm charging via usb port while they are turned on and after two hours of playing while charging, the power button was still red. But i turn on Arctis 7, LED on the power button show yellow. 100% Upvoted. However when I chated with the steelseries representative they said that the green light suppose to be a steady light when fully charged and not pulsing.

I plug them into a wall socket while turned off, charge until the mic led stops breathing, and when I turn them on the light is still red until I plug it into the pc's usb port and turn them on. I mean, device itself knows what's the percentage, but it shows old value on the button LED. Once you turn it on you can see the color changing on the power button.
